Quick-start guide

  1. Rinse every part in warm water before first use.
  2. Sterilise for 5 minutes — steam or boiling water, both are fine.
  3. Fit the teat into the collar first, then screw the collar onto the bottle. Fitting the teat last is what causes leaks.
  4. Check the anti-colic vent sits flat against the teat base.
  5. Invert and squeeze once. A slow steady drip is correct. A stream means the collar is too loose.

Cleaning & care

Wash: warm soapy water after every feed, bottle brush through the neck.
Max temperature: 100°C, sterilisation safe.
Dry: upside down on a rack, fully air-dried before reassembly.
Replace teat: every 2–3 months, or sooner if you see cloudiness, stickiness or a widened hole.

Quick-start guide

  1. Place the tub on a flat, dry surface. Never on a raised ledge.
  2. Click the support seat into the moulded grooves until you hear it seat. Tug it once to confirm.
  3. Close the drain plug at the base.
  4. Fill to the marked line only — roughly 5–8 cm. Deeper is never safer.
  5. Test the water on your inner wrist. It should feel neutral, not warm.

Cleaning & care

Wash: mild soap and a soft cloth after each bath. Avoid abrasive scourers.
Drain: open the plug and tilt — do not leave standing water in the seat well.
Dry: stand on its side until completely dry. Trapped moisture is how mould starts.
Check monthly: anti-slip base pads for lifting or wear.

Quick-start guide

  1. Fasten the waist belt first, sitting on your hips, not your waist. Snug enough that it does not shift.
  2. Adjust the seat width to your baby’s size before lifting them in.
  3. Lift your baby in facing you, knees higher than the bottom — the M-position.
  4. Bring the shoulder straps over and clip the back buckle between your shoulder blades.
  5. Tighten evenly, then run the two-finger check: two fingers should slide between the carrier and your baby’s back, no more.

Cleaning & care

Wash: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, all buckles fastened, in a laundry bag.
Max temperature: 30°C. Do not bleach.
Dry: air-dry in shade. Tumble drying degrades the webbing.
Check before every use: stitching at the strap anchors and every buckle click.

Baby-Proofing Safety Kit

Quick-start guide

  1. Crawl the room at your baby’s height first. You will spot hazards you cannot see standing up.
  2. Clean every mounting surface with an alcohol wipe and let it dry fully. Adhesive fails on dust, not on time.
  3. Fit corner guards to sharp table and shelf edges, pressing firmly for 30 seconds each.
  4. Fit cabinet latches to anything holding cleaning products, medicines or sharp utensils.
  5. Wait 24 hours before testing under load. Adhesive needs a full cure.

Cleaning & care

Wash: damp cloth only. Never soak an adhesive mount.
Re-check: monthly — press each guard and tug each latch.
Replace: immediately if any piece lifts at a corner. A partially attached guard is worse than none, because you stop checking that spot.

Quick-start guide

  1. Place on a firm, flat sleep surface. Never on a soft mattress, sofa or cushion.
  2. Set the side bolsters so they touch your baby’s torso lightly — contact, not compression.
  3. Lay your baby on their back. Always on their back.
  4. Confirm the face is completely clear of the bolsters, with nothing within reach of the nose or mouth.
  5. Keep the sleep space otherwise empty — no loose blankets, toys or extra pillows.

Cleaning & care

Wash: remove the cover and machine wash at 30°C. Spot-clean the insert only.
Dry: air-dry flat and fully. Never use damp.
Check weekly: that the bolsters still hold their shape. A flattened bolster no longer positions anything.
Stop using: once your baby can roll independently, usually around 4 months.
