Refund policy

This policy governs all return, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests for purchases made through
Safekido. By completing a transaction on our store, you explicitly agree to these terms.

1. The Strict 3-Day Return & Exchange Window
Safekido operates under a definitive and non-negotiable 3-Day Return & Exchange Window. All eligible
requests for a return, item replacement, or size adjustment must be officially logged via our customer
service portal or email dashboard within exactly 72 hours from the delivery timestamp recorded by our
carrier network.
Any request received beyond this 72-hour validation threshold will be systematically declined by our
internal operational platform.

2. Mandatory Proof for Returns (Continuous Unboxing Video)
To process any return, replacement, or damage claim, customers must provide a continuous live
unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is completely
unpacked. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
The video must clearly capture the shipping label affixed to the box, start before opening the outer
packaging, and continue without any cuts, edits, pauses, or frame breaks until the entire product is fully
unpacked and inspected. Any break in the recording will automatically void the verification process.

3. No AI-Generated or Manipulated Evidence
We do not accept AI-generated, digitally altered, edited, or manipulated images or videos as proof for
return, replacement, or damage claims. Only original and unedited evidence will be considered.
Any submission flagged by our fraud detection systems as containing digital alterations, speed
adjustments, cuts, or synthetic elements will lead to an immediate rejection of the claim and a potential
suspension of the associated user account.

4. Guaranteed 100% Refund on Broken/Damaged Items
At Safekido, we stand completely behind our build quality. If an item arrives structurally compromised due
to transit conditions, we offer a Guaranteed 100% Full Refund or a Free Express Replacement, provided
the customer submits the mandatory original, unedited, continuous unboxing video proof within the 72-
hour window.
Upon review and validation of the unedited video by our Quality Assurance desk, a full 100% refund or
cross-shipment replacement order will be cleared instantly without requiring the customer to bear any
operational cost.

5. Product-Specific Eligibility & Hygiene Criteria
To qualify for a standard return or exchange (due to sizing or design choice preferences), items must
remain completely unused, unwashed, and anchored inside original brand packaging with all structural
tags, liners, and instruction manuals pristine. Category rules apply:

 Baby Bath Tubs & Seats: Returns are permitted only if the outer box remains completely factory-
sealed. Due to severe infant hygiene factors, any tub or seat that has been unsealed, handled with
water, or placed in liquid spaces is permanently non-returnable unless arrived fundamentally broken.
 Baby Carrier Bags: Permitted for fit testing. Fabric must not show any signs of skin flakes, baby
powder marks, spit-up, or structural wash cycles. All load buckles must remain untampered.
 Diaper Bags: Permitted for styling assessments. All internal zip pockets, structural metallic clasps,
insulated bottle sleeves, and changing mats must be enclosed clean.
 Baby Proofing Kits: Returns are authorized only if the protective release films covering the internal
adhesive pads remain fully intact, unpeeled, and unattached to walls.
 Potty Seats: Enforces absolute hygiene locking. No potty seat will be accepted for return if the
protective plastic wrap is punctured or open. Used or tested potty seats are legally non-returnable
unless transit structural damage is documented within 72 hours via the required unboxing video.

6. Reverse Logistics & Pickups
Once a valid return ticket is authorized by our core system, Safekido will automatically arrange a
complimentary reverse courier pickup from the delivery address on record. The customer must hand over
the item securely inside its protective transit box to ensure safe arrival back to our verification facility.

7. Cancellation Rights (Pre-Dispatch Only)
Safekido recognizes that plans for welcoming a child can evolve rapidly. Customers possess the absolute
contractual right to request a comprehensive order cancellation prior to its operational dispatch from our
distribution hub.
 Pre-Dispatch Scope: If your order status indicates 'Processing' or 'Awaiting Pickup' on your user
dashboard, you may execute an immediate cancellation via your online profile or by contacting
support at support@safekido.com for a full 100% refund back to source.
 Post-Dispatch Restriction: Once an order moves into a 'Dispatched' status and a formal logistics
airway bill (AWB) is generated, the shipping loop cannot be reversed. Cancellations are legally locked
at this point.

8. Post-Dispatch Delivery Refusals
If a customer attempts an unauthorized cancellation by formally refusing physical doorstep package drop-
offs from our courier partner, the return loop triggers dynamically. Upon safe manual delivery return to our
warehouse and clean inspection check, a structural refund will be processed minus any logistical
outbound fees incurred during the round-trip courier routing.

9. Financial Refund Execution Windows
When an authorized cancellation or approved refund is confirmed by our accounting terminal, the
financial flow executes automatically:
 Destination Vector: Funds are systematically credited right back to the original funding instrument
(Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking link) used at checkout. We do not enforce mandatory
digital store wallets.
 Processing Timeframes: The standard clearing window ranges from 5 to 7 business days for
external banking institutions to post funds to your account statement. This processing cycle remains
subject to individual banking network clearance rules.
