structural quality checks at our fulfillment center.
Order Processing Window: Orders are successfully packed, documented, and dispatched from our
warehouse facilities within 24 to 48 business hours from the time your order confirmation is generated.
Processing Schedule: Shipments are processed during working operational business days. Orders placed
during weekends or national public holidays will be dispatched on the immediate following business day.
2. Core Shipping Timeline
Safekido partners exclusively with premium courier networks to execute reliable transit for your items.
Standard Delivery Duration: The standard shipping time for all domestic orders across Tier-1, Tier-2, and
Tier-3 zones is 3 to 5 business days from the moment the shipment leaves our facility.
3. Possible Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we aim to maintain a 3–5 business day delivery cadence, transit exceptions may occur due to
unforeseen variables beyond the direct operational control of Safekido.
Unforeseen Delays: Factors such as severe weather anomalies, natural global disruptions, regulatory
customs checks, unexpected transport infrastructure blockages, or regional festival backlogs can
occasionally extend standard courier timelines.
In the event of an extended logistics exception, our backend team will proactively collaborate with the
carrier to fast-track your package.
4. Tracking Information
Safekido values ultimate transparency regarding order progress.
Automated API Notifications: The moment your package is registered at the courier outbound hub, our
system pushes unique real-time tracking metrics to your primary communication vectors.
Data Access: Customers will immediately receive an automated email confirmation and SMS alert
populated with a tracking code link, enabling you to inspect package locations dynamically up to the
doorstep drop-off.
